Let us transform your firm

We partner with you to deliver a targeted office culture training program for your management and staff. Your staff will be transformed through a greater awareness of others and of self. When people open themselves up, they are sharing from the heart, and this creates empathy, where people are connecting heart to heart not head to head. Once people connect they are less fearful of conflict. High performing teams need to have constructive conflict  and stay on objective. Organisations deal with many issues but the conversations  often take place in small groups in the bathrooms rather than in the boardrooms where they should be resolved.

 

We work with people to identify what gets in the way of our ability to listen. What are our preconceived notions and filters and biases and how we can address these to listen and have better conversations.
